This year’s Walter Alberth Prize, awarded by the Association for the Promotion of Schools of Electroplating and Printed Circuit Board Technology (Förderverein für die Schulen der Galvanotechnik und Leiterplattentechnik e.V.), was presented to QUBUS Planung und Beratung Oberflächentechnik GmbH in recognition of its long-standing support for the school and its pupils and students. QUBUS not only offers places and topics for technical projects but also makes its staff available to teach classes to supplement the regular curriculum. The prize was accepted by QUBUS Managing Director Christian Deyhle, who served as chairman of the Friends’ Association for many years.
